What is the opening date of the call for papers?

Perseitas is a journal of continuous publication, therefore, we deliver annually to our readers a volume corresponding to January-December. Our call for original manuscripts is permanent.

The document should have a minimum of 9 pages and a maximum of 25, excluding the list of references.

Please go to the Guidelines for Authors tab.

Where can I download Perseitas articles?

Journal articles can be downloaded from the Archives and Current tabs in PDF, HTML and XML format.

In what languages is the journal published?

We publish articles in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Who can publish?

Articles are welcome from authors with a completed academic level of master's degree, doctorate and postdoctorate (equivalent foreign degrees).

The journal will not publish more than one article by the same author(s) per volume; furthermore, the author(s) who have published in a volume must wait a minimum period of one year to submit a new original manuscript.

In order to ensure institutional exogamy, the publication of texts by authors external to the Universidad Católica Luis Amigó will prevail, without this taking precedence over the quality of the content.

Does the journal charge authors for publication?

No. Perseitas is financed by Universidad Católica Luis Amigó, an institution that takes care of all editorial production, publication and dissemination costs.

Does Perseitas have thematic volumes or dossiers?

No. Our volumes are composed of diverse topics related to the humanities (philosophy, theology and related areas) in each issue.
