Abstract

Through this work, the usage of a school institution in Medellin by some teacher is analyzed, didactic material and the intention in the execution of their teaching strategies, where the students learn meaningfully. The research was based on a qualitative model, using technics as structured observation and interview. We have found that the teachers know the importance of the didactic material, nevertheless they lack of elements to take into practice, and the usage of the didactic material is fundamental in the meaningful learning process of children. © Revista Colombiana de Ciencias Sociales.
