Dyslexia is understood as an unexpected and specific disorder in the acquisition of reading, of multifactorial etiology. It is the most common learning disorder among children and is one of the most worrying causes of school failure. Dyslexia can be considered an overly complex learning disorder, since its development involves environmental and genetic aspects that determine the brevity of the disorder. Dude to its etiology, dyslexia usually have high comorbidity with learning disorders and normal neurodevelopment (dysgraphia, dyscalculia, ADHD, memory and auditory processing disability, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability). Similarly, research has found a high incidence of specific language disorder, in addition to emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, social isolation and low self-esteem.
