Abstract

A deeply rooted humanity problem is addressed here; that is, the self-care. It is propose as the main enemy of the human being, it is the same and how the education and its processes can contribute to the inner growth of the learner, allowing and encourage toward the integration with the world around them. To finish; it is propose the necessity of a fundamental change of the educational processes, where the learner is the center and not the curriculum; referring to, adaptative and productive efforts. Thus, teach for self-care is to generate methodologies in order to find yourself and the destructives tendencies.
