Contributions of the ecological model to the construction of child neuropsychology

Neuro psychopedagogy requires to be considered not only within the sphere of the subject, but also within the context that surrounds him/her as it is the place where the subject fulfils his/her necessities and develops, too. This article focuses on the analysis of contributions made to Neuro psychopedagogy from neurosciences, neuropsychology, psychopedagogy and the social ecological model (Bronfrenbrener´s model). Afterwards, a holistic approach to evaluation and intervention that considers both the different contexts where the student are immersed as well as the people who interact with him/her is proposed.Keywords
