RELEVANCE OF STRATEGIC PLANNING WITHIN HUMAN MANAGEMENT AREAS IN ORGANIZATIONS

To achieve successful results with respect to the areas of human management, we use planning objectives aimed at defining the role to develop this area, to support and consistent with the objects of the organization. This requires having a leader in the area of human management that is responsible for establishing the parameters to be followed by all members of the enterprise, enabling potentiate their inimitable skills and making them able to perform efficiently.
We believe that the strategic alignment, refers to the need for organizations to generate actions that guide all processes towards a common goal, this can be contextualized in two ways, one is related to the knowledge of reality on which It is to intervene and another refers to the set of actions that should be implemented.
A common problem is identified in many Latin American countries, and is the loss of talent to which undertakings are exposed, so from the management of human talent should be a strategic management that seeks to minimize the occurrence of this problem, and assertively disclose allow organizational objectives seeking the whole team of collaborators participate actively generating a sense of belonging.
Finally, it is important to know the skills and abilities that can be developed in all business management, identifying them by administrative tool known as SWOT matrix, which allows us to perform both an internal and external diagnosis of the organization to guide the decision-making and its follow validating the effectiveness of these.
