Abstract

This reflection paper is the result of the work I have done and updated in regard to the findings in G. Lopéz’s research (2010): “The social role of feelings in social identity building among demobilized ex-combatants of the Colombian armed conflict”[1]. The text gathers some necessary considerations referring to the better understanding of DDR related processes in Colombia; given the social transformations they can generate themselves, and the still foreseeable context of this process.
