Abstract

This article seeks to address research training to achieve changes in higher education, in response to one of
the challenges that modern society poses, including train future graduates with the necessary skills to join a
group of production. Therefore it is necessary to delve into how to have alternative approaches to research
training. Therefore, with the above emerges from this analysis method partially, to become a mediator between
the unit and the University community to convene communication processes centered on creativity
and social innovation.
