In most cases the negotiating concept "Win to Win" exchange (win-win), provides both parties have positively developed their knowledge and thus their potential. A close example is the metro of Medellin, in which Colombian technicians, Spaniards and Germans had the opportunity to exchange their knowledge and put them together to make a success Finally a model infrastructure in the world.
