Abstract

Luis Alfredo Garavito Cubillo, nació el 25 de Enero de 1957 en el municipio de Génova, del departamento del Quindío, Colombia; mayor de siete hermanos. Según la oficina de divulgación y prensa de la Fiscalía General de la Nación, en las declaraciones posteriores a su captura, “durante su infancia vivió la falta de afecto y el maltrato físico por parte de su padre. Según su testimonio fue victima de abuso sexual”.
