We are moving from the era of fire to the digital era, ie the era of energy including fire, wind, water, electricity and nuclear power, the era of information. Binomial and energy-matter pass to a new epistemological and instrumental paradigm, a binary coding and algorithmic programming which we intend to reinterpret the universe and implement it with a new higher than the usual laws of nature human power. Man has chosen to mark his seal our evolution and speak here of the Anthropocene. McLuhan was the last great thinker of the era of fire, electric broadcast media; but it could not be the new guru of the digital age. The energy destroys you information.
