A call is made to the environmental authorities to reflect on the validity of document TdR-015, since they constitute an obvious disincentive to address the feasibility of solar photovoltaic projects, while they become a bureaucratic process that does not add value to the projects, and on the contrary, significantly damages the implementation of other initiatives for the diffusion of renewable energies, as has been the spirit of Law 1715 of 2014.Downloads
