Scientific Management at Bamboo Forestries

The purpose of this research is to compare the productivity of bamboo cutters after the implementation of the current crop method against a proposed harvest method improved since the introduction of elements of scientific management. The study was done in two teams and each cutters were observed in different plots or areas to complete a sample equal to ten. As a result we have that external cause delays hooks are the presence of more than 1 meter in length, lower vegetation, dry hooks, faults and that eliminating these causes can improve the productivity of each cane cutter by about 12.8 %.Downloads
