Abstract

This article aims to contextualize the background and problems that have arisen in the incorporation of the Rome Statute in Colombia, which were discussed from the perspec-tives of this problem, through the approaches of political and legal, likewise, making an emphatic reference to the drawback crimes against humanity and its elements (read by members Attack, the Generalitat or Systematizing, the Political and Civilians) in domestic law of Colombia. Then, the problem application generating crimes against humanity in Colombia is analyzed.
