Abstract

The exercise of political activity in our local environment is dominated, in part, by customs that have been incorporated by all political parties and movements engaged in their work, and on the other hand, acceptance, almost unscathed, Society civil, with all its components, which has allowed these customs are consolidated and become an inherent part of the political practices in our society. Notable in this research work cronyism, patronage and nepotism, as the phenomena which have had a more direct and powerful way to connect the traditional political class with Civil Society, Public Corporations, State agencies and, in general, individuals. It has emphasized the impact that this type of political structure and established relationships between the players creates the possibilities in the vast majority of official positions and access to social and economic welfare, from public funds, which, After all, not so. Similarly, an analysis of how local politicians has established its dominance in public areas of the City and the Department and how, through trickery not clear to the public, has defined the direction of the main official institutions in this region.
