Mental health and its incidences in the work environment of the judicial system

Abstract

This essay exposes a process of reflection on the mental health status of judges and magistrates of the Judicial Branch and their implications in their professional life with reference to their decisions, their acts and their own work dynamics within their respective workplaces. For this reason , this paper addresses and sustains the power that language and the body have as an expression of their symptoms, the social and labor interrelations, as well as its incidence in the clinical expression of the mental health of the person involved; a series of specific events that appear on a day-to-day basis within the labor context of the Branch, in order to leave open a critical panorama that requires all possible attention from researchers and specialists in the subject of mental health.
