Abstract

The present article develops fundamentally the convincing importance of the expert's report, specially, the psychological expert's report and its later incidence in the judicial decision in procedural matter. Concepts will be studied, its peculiarities, its aftereffect as evidence in a juridical process, since a correct and true psychological report can clarify the facts. The judge will be able to drop a more impartial judgment, on having considered the psychological analysis that the scholars in this area have given to a topic that is as juridical as psychological. That is why and for the nature of Law and society of the group of investigation Jurisol will approach the subject with the students of Laws and Psychologists in formation belonging to the hotbed of private lawof the Catholic University Luis Amigó.
On having an interdisciplinary character, the academic product that we present will have major scope for the research, thanks to the inputs that are contributed by the areas of the Laws and Psychology, joined and complemented here in a specific topic.
