The journal is free to share, copy and redistribute the published material in any medium or format. The journal and the individual texts disclosed therein are protected by copyright laws and by the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License under the following terms:

Attribution: the journal must give proper credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes have been made.

NonCommercial: the journal may not use the material for commercial purposes.

NoDerivatives: if the journal remixes, transforms, or creates from the material, it may not distribute the modified material.

No additional restrictions: the journal may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from making any use permitted by the license.

Open Access Policy – Diamond Route

The Revista Colombiana de Ciencias Sociales adopts the Diamond Open Access model, which means that all its content is made immediately and freely available to both readers and authors.

Under this model, anyone may consult, read, download, share, and use the published articles, thereby fostering the dissemination of scientific knowledge and promoting universal access to research.

Likewise, Universidad Católica Luis Amigó, the journal’s publishing institution, does not charge article processing charges (APCs) or require any fees for submission, peer review, editing, publication, or access to content.

Through this policy, the journal reaffirms its commitment to the democratization of knowledge, open science, and the dissemination of academic research without economic barriers.
